The Fremantle Chamber Orchestra returns to Music on the Terrace by popular acclaim following the great success of its debut performance in the 2010 series. This young, energetic orchestra has built an excellent reputation in recent years for its vivid and engaging playing and will once again present a concert of both well known and newly-discovered orchestral delights. Music by Beethoven and Percy Grainger will feature alongside the exciting South American dance rhythms of Danzon by Mexican composer Arturo Márquez. This will be a wonderful afternoon of music making and an excellent conclusion to our 2011 season.
