MOTT Violin Xtreme

After his highly acclaimed performance last year of the complete Brahms sonatas for violin and piano, Alexandre returns with a stunning program which he describes as ‘the Olympic Games for the violin’. Showcasing the instrument’s most popular repertoire, this is a chance to hear one of the world’s finest virtuosos in full flight on a stunning Stradivarius violin. Supporting Alexandre from the piano will be Anna Sleptsova.

“I was delighted: what a violinist, beauty of sound, fastest fingers I have heard yet, the good taste to play different styles and great humour.”
